Exchanges and Replacements

Returns or exchanges of products purchased by cash and carry from an Affiliate directly must be handled by that Affiliate. The Affiliate should maintain a record of the customer’s information and purchase date to provide The Scarlet Maiden with the necessary information. Replacement product(s) will be sent to the Affiliate to deliver to the customer unless delivery of product is not feasible due to customer’s location.

Products purchased at a discount that are eligible for replacement or credit will only receive credit for the amount of the original purchase price.

If there is a problem with an order placed through the website, please contact us at Please describe in detail what the issue is. If an item is not the correct size or damage has occurred in shipping, we will gladly exchange the item if we are notified within 14 business days of your receipt of the item. All The Scarlet Maiden products must have a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) to be returned. This RMA# will be provided by The Scarlet Maiden and must be written on the outside of the package.

The Scarlet Maiden reserves the right to review each return or exchange on a case-by-case basis. Because of the nature of delivery, there will be no refunds or returns of digital items, such as the My Home Business Life Planner.

Please wait until you hear back from us before shipping the item back. We recommend that customers insure their packages when returning them. If the returned product is not received by The Scarlet Maiden, it is the responsibility of the customer to trace the shipment.

Be sure to include the following in the package:

* A copy of the original invoice
* Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#)
* A note stating what needs to be done (i.e. the size needed or if the item you received is damaged)
* Please include the correct amount of shipping for us to send the replacement out to you in either the form of a check or money order made payable to the owner, Patty Graham. (We will calculate this and provide it to you before you ship the item back to us.)

Limited Warranty on The Scarlet Maiden Jewelry

Our jewelry is covered under a limited warranty for 30 days from the date of purchase.

If your jewelry is damaged in shipping, we must be notified within 7 days of delivery. A replacement will be sent and the shipping charges will be covered to return the defective item. If the item is a One Of A Kind piece, we will issue a refund or credit for the original purchase price.

Within 30 days of the date of purchase, the clasp will be replaced if it is deemed defective. The customer is responsible for the return shipping to repair the defective item.

The 30-day limited warranty does not cover the normal wear and tear or if the metal patinas. We recommend proper cleaning and storage of The Scarlet Maiden jewelry.
